My Story
My name is Christopher Spreer. I am a self taught 2D/3D artist and VJ. I originally went to school for automotive design in Detroit. I ended up leaving school in search of finding a new direction for my artistic abilities. Shortly after leaving I ended up stumbling into the world of skydiving. I fell in love with it and got my license and got licensed. A couple years later I was asked to come up with some art decor/installation for a big skydiving festival at our home drop zone, I agreed and ended up designing and building a fabric backdrop for the stage which was intended to be lit up. This was the final product.
After seeing the stage during the festival I saw the awesome potential that projection mapping had, and I made the realization that i could take my art in that direction. Music Is my favorite thing on the planet but i suck at making it. Making and mixing visuals allows me to use my artistic abilities to be a part of that beautiful experience, and help create a synergistic gestalt to the whole experience.
